Wet ‘n’ Wild Let It Glow MegaGlo Highlighting Gold Bar ($4.99 for 0.22 oz.) is a rich, medium-dark copper with strong, warm orange undertones and a golden sheen. It had opaque pigmentation that applied easily in a single layer, though it was a denser, firmer texture that didn’t have any excess powderiness, so it was easy to apply less for sheerer coverage if preferred. The powder applied evenly to my skin and blended out nicely along the edges. There was a moderate sheen that did not emphasize my skin’s natural texture. It stayed on well for eight hours before I noticed slight fading on my skin.

Cheer Up MAC Cheer Up Glow Play Blush ($30.00 for 0.25 oz.) is a brighter, light-medium coral with subtle, pink-leaning and moderately warm undertones paired with a satin sheen. There was very faint and fine pearl throughout, so it didn’t have a full-on matte finish but did not appear overly shimmery either. The texture was smooth to the touch and malleable where I could push against the surface and get a lasting indent, but it didn’t have the traditional wetness of a true cream blush. It felt more like powder once it came into contact with my skin, and I didn’t have issues with the product lifting up base products when I patted this over my liquid foundation. It had semi-opaque, buildable coverage with a fingertip and more semi-sheer, buildable coverage with a brush. It wore well for eight hours before fading visibly.
