Nordstrom’s Mascara Event is here! Buy any three mascaras, get one free (lowest-priced will be automatically deducted from your total at checkout).  The event includes mascaras from high-end brands, even ones like Chanel, Dior, and Tom Ford. along with Hourglass, Lancome, Too Faced — seriously, there are 165 different ones to choose from.  This is when I pick up the pricier high-end mascaras myself (like Tom Ford). Your best bet is to pick three mascaras around the same price point, which will give you a maximum savings of 33% off. The deal ends today (5/25), and it is also available in-store.

MAC Cheer Up Glow Play Blush Review & Swatches

Cheer Up MAC Cheer Up Glow Play Blush ($30.00 for 0.25 oz.) is a brighter, light-medium coral with subtle, pink-leaning and moderately warm undertones paired with a satin sheen. There was very faint and fine pearl throughout, so it didn’t have a full-on matte finish but did not appear overly shimmery either. The texture was smooth to the touch and malleable where I could push against the surface and get a lasting indent, but it didn’t have the traditional wetness of a true cream blush. It felt more like powder once it came into contact with my skin, and I didn’t have issues with the product lifting up base products when I patted this over my liquid foundation. It had semi-opaque, buildable coverage with a fingertip and more semi-sheer, buildable coverage with a brush. It wore well for eight hours before fading visibly. The lipstick yielded medium color coverage in a single layer, which applied evenly and didn’t settle into or emphasize my lip lines, despite being a creamier, more emollient formula.
