Urban Decay Electric Empire 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) ($22.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a rich, blue-teal base with cooler gold and green micro-glitter and sparkle. It was glittery, though it seemed slightly tempered by slightly finer particles, but it’s not something I’d wear comfortably on my water line (I tried; it went poorly–it didn’t seem THAT sparkly initially). There was enough particles i the liner that I could feel a bit of texture as it glided across my lower lash line without tugging. It had good color payoff that was buildable to full coverage with a second pass. It stayed on well for 10 hours with minimal fading/thinning on me, and I didn’t notice migration/movement from the glitter.

It had good color payoff in one layer, which was buildable to full coverage with a second pass. The texture was lightly creamy and didn’t tug on my lash line, though there was a little bit of grit to it (not in a painful way) that I knew it was more heavily packed with glitter than the average shimmery eyeliner is. It wore well for 10 hours with minimal fading/thinning, and I didn’t notice any of the sparkles moving to parts unknown.

It had medium pigmentation that was buildable to more semi-opaque color coverage with a second layer. As an actual eyeliner against my lash line, any lack of opacity and slight unevenness in application was hard to notice from a normal viewing distance. The texture was lightly creamy and glided on without dragging on my lower lash line, but it was noticeably textured and was the least comfortable of the four to apply. It lasted for 10 hours with minimal change to my eye, and the glitter seemed to stay in place.
