Celestial Eyes
Charlotte Tilbury Celestial Eyes Eyeshadow Quad ($53.00 for 0.18 oz.) is a new, limited edition Palette of Pops, which means that all four shades are the Pop finish–sparkly, more emollient–seen in the original range of quads. If you’re normally a fan of the brand’s Pop finish, then I’d expect that this quad will perform just fine.
They are best worked with using a dampened brush, which gives more precise application, better coverage and adhesion, and minimizes fallout. They can be used with a dry brush or fingertip, too, but I find fingertips can sometimes absorb the slip of the formula and be trickier when transferring actual color and sparkle from fingertip to the lid.
Celestial Eyes (Prime)
Celestial Eyes (Prime) is a soft, yellowed peach base with pink-to-violet shifting sparkle. It had semi-opaque color payoff when applied with a dry brush and opaque color payoff when applied with a dampened brush or fingertips.
The texture was lightly emollient, more densely-packed into the pan, and worked better with a flat, firm brush and subtle, jabbing motions to dislodge product off the surface of the pan. The eyeshadow seemed to get softer and easier to use after two usages. This shade stayed on decently for eight hours with light fallout over time.

Celestial Eyes (Enhance)
Celestial Eyes (Enhance) is a rich, coppery brown with strong, warm orange undertones and a sparkling finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation applied dry, which intensified to full coverage with slightly more sparkle and depth when applied with a dampened brush.
The texture was slightly emollient, but there was also a dryness present–perhaps due to the high amount of sparkle in it–so there was some fallout during application. It wore well for eight hours with light fallout during wear.

Celestial Eyes (Pop)
Celestial Eyes (Pop) is a bright, medium-dark gold with strong, warm orange undertones and a sparkling finish. It had medium pigmentation applied dry, which could be built up to semi-opaque coverage when pressed and patted into place. It had opaque pigmentation when applied with a dampened brush or fingertip.
The texture was lightly emollient, so it had better-than-average adhesion and minimal fallout when initially applied, though there light fallout when I blended out the edges and over the eight hours it lasted for.

Celestial Eyes (Smoke)
Celestial Eyes (Smoke) is a medium-dark burgundy with warmer undertones and flecks of gold and plum sparkle. This was the least sparkly shade in the quad, and it also had a much thicker, denser texture in the pan; it felt more cream-like but was stiffer to work with.
It had nearly opaque pigmentation applied dry, while application with a dampened brush yielded opaque coverage that was a couple of shades deeper. The eyeshadow was harder to apply evenly with a dry brush to my lid, so I would recommend using it with fingertips or a dampened brush to make it easier to work with. It lasted nicely for eight hours on me but had light fallout over time.
