What foundation finish do you gravitate toward the most?

I like something lightly dewy, almost hydrating, with some natural glow. I want it to look skin-like with a bit of added sheen, so I can still apply translucent powder on top without totally mattifying it.

Lavender Extreme Tom Ford Beauty Lavender Extreme Lip Color ($54.00 for 0.1 oz.) is a deeper, lavender purple with warm, pink undertones and cooler pink and iridescent violet pearl throughout. It had more of a lightly glossy, metallic finish with a few larger sparkles. It had medium coverage in one layer, and it was buildable to semi-opaque coverage but was never fully opaque. The consistency was lightweight, emollient with noticeable slip, and comfortable to apply and to wear. It didn’t pull into my lip lines as much as expected, but the product caught slightly on minor imperfections of my lips. It wore well for three and a half hours and was lightly hydrating over time.
