This week’s topic is BEST NEUTRAL EYESHADOW PALETTES — the 2019 edition! In late 2017, we asked for and have recommendations for the best neutral eyeshadow palettes, but given that the number of palettes released each year has been more and more, I wanted to open up a fresh recommendation so that it better reflected more recent releases (as well as old favorites).
