Best Blushes (Under $15)
During the year, I found myself more regularly “looking” for new cheek colors to review, especially in the latter half, as I felt like I was running a little low… and it appears that’s somewhat accurate. There weren’t that many new blushes (highlighters are another story!) that launched this year, even by ColourPop (hello, there’s an area ColourPop should feel free to overindulge in for 2019!), which may have launched the most products in 2018 that I’m aware of (by any one brand).
I hope that Wet ‘n’ Wild will consider making their ColorIcon Baked Blushes permanent going forward, and I’d really like to see more blush shades from ColourPop in 2019 as the ones they released this year were particularly lovely.
