Best of Bobbi Brown Crushed Liquid Lip Colors
Here’s a recap of my reviews for Bobbi Brown Crushed Liquid Lipstick ($27.00 for 0.20 fl. oz.), which is supposed to offer “bold, glossy color with [a] balm feel.” The majority of the shades have semi-opaque to opaque coverage with a glossy, more jelly-like finish–plusher, shinier than a cream one–and live up to most of the formula’s claims.
It has the look of a liquid lipstick-meets-lipgloss with the coverage and finish. They’re very comfortable to wear as they feel like a plusher gel, which gives them great spreadability but prevents them from getting into lip lines or emphasizing lip texture. They also have longer-wear–often pushing well over six hours–and feel nourishing over time.
